PB Aged Bourbon
This 7 year single barrel bourbon spent over a year in our former Nuts & Beavers spirit barrels, originally created by distilling Belching Beaver’s Peanut Butter Stout. The result is a bold 119 proof bourbon packed with rich roasted peanut notes, creamy nuttiness, hints of milk chocolate, and classic bourbon spice. Despite the intense peanut character, there’s no flavoring, additives, or shortcuts involved. Just whiskey, barrels, and time. A one-of-a-kind experiment that somehow turned out exactly how we hoped: big flavor with real whiskey integrity.

More than 20 years ago, T. Trent Tilton began his journey as a homebrewer, setting the stage for his signature approach to crafting spirits. In 2012, he became a trailblazer in San Diego's emerging craft distilling scene, soon founding San Diego Distillery. Blending his deep roots in beer-making with a bold use of non-traditional ingredients, Trent has created specialty spirits that are now highly sought after nationwide.
